Garden Gatherings

root into the aliveness that thrives beneath the surface. meet the rhythm of the earth beneath you. bloom in our collective garden of shared presence.

a circle beneath the open sky.
a gathering place where bodies breathe together and presence grows wild.

a space for gentle tending

each session is a living garden. where movement softens what’s been held too tightly, breath clears what’s become stagnant, and the aliveness beneath it all begins to bloom again.

this is a space for gentle tending. to what’s ready to grow, to what’s asking to be released, to the quiet beauty of unfolding, side by side.

we loosen the soil of the body, making space for what wants to grow.

some days that looks like stillness, others like laughter, tears, or gentle shifts — always guided by what’s true in the moment.

a shared space to root, release, and remember. in each Garden Gathering, we come together in a circle of embodied practice. guided somatic journeys that invite both collective connection and personal renewal.

in the garden, we are nourished by togetherness, growing at our own pace and remembering that healing is not a solitary act. it’s something we cultivate, together.

The Garden Gathering

a state of rest and regeneration for the nervous system isn't simply found by canceling all your plans and sinking into the couch for the weekend (though that can be a great start). true rest happens when we rewire our entire system to know, in every cell, that rest is safe. when the body, down to the deepest layers of fascia, can finally soften and release what it has stored for years.

Garden Gatherings invites you to come together under the soft warmth of a summer evening. like gathering in a peaceful garden with friends, the air filled with quiet conversation and the hum of nature around you. we slow down, just as you would on those long, easy nights spent talking for hours.

just that in Garden Gatherings, we meet in our inner gardens: a shared circle of embodied practice, where women come together to reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and their inner harmony.

like the changing seasons touch the garden of your being, we’ll work with what is ripe in the moment. we’ll gently clear the weeds of old beliefs, so new seeds of healing can take root. we’ll water the parts of you that are growing, offering nourishment and space to expand. and we’ll celebrate the flowers of your spirit that are already in full bloom.

just as the earth moves through phases of dormancy and flourishing, so do we. we honor your individual flow and the ongoing process of becoming.

creating space for all of it: the planting, the nurturing, the blooming. and always, we honor the quiet pauses in between, knowing that even in stillness, the roots of transformation are deepening.

this is for the women who:

  • feel disconnected from the fertile ground of their bodies, especially the sacred space of their pelvic bowl

  • experience tension, numbness, or discomfort in their pelvic bowl, and long for softening and renewal

  • seek to develop an attuned awareness to the language of their nervous system and create more room for embodied flow

  • desire to live in deeper harmony with their feminine cycles, honoring the seasons of their body

  • long to dig deeper into the soil of their being and to get their hands dirty, instead of always circling the surface

  • sense a deeper pulse, a rhythm beneath the surface, and wish to reconnect with the aliveness that blooms within them

  • seek to nurture themselves with spaciousness, presence, and tender attention, like a gardener tending to a plant

the garden is calling. the circle is forming. are you ready to gather, root down, and bloom?

The Garden Gatherings are monthly, held 105-minute in person and online immersions and women circles (2026 days to be announced), where you will be invited to tend to tend the gardens of your own being.

together, use somatic embodiment tools, womb work and shared presence to reconnect with our bodies, center and the vitality hidden beneath the layers of stress and self-neglect.

in the garden of our being, we tune into the sensations of our bodies, meet what is ready to be felt, move stuck energy and create room for what we want to grow more of.

it’s where we bloom together. will you gather with us?
