workshops & ceremonies

we don't mend, we map. we don't lead, we witness. we don't teach, we discover.

as a somatic practitioner I guide you to drop into the body.

around 95% of what we experience, process and do is controlled by our subconscious. still we value analytical thinking over our intuition and try to solve everything in life from logic and conscious awareness.

this is where somatic practices offer a more holistic approach, because we aren’t limiting ourselves to gaining cognitive insights only but instead connect all parts of our system: body, mind and soul.

during my session you will be guided on transformative journeys into your body, where rather than numbing or overruling it (think painkillers, excessive amounts of caffeine, suppressing emotions), we begin to listen to the language of our soma (living body) and let sensations and emotions guide us to where limiting beliefs, stress and dysregulation create resistance, blockages and pain in our system.

each session is a unique exploration of what is present for you in that very moment. by putting awareness on your bodily sensations you can uncover and resolve patterns that no longer serve you, release tension, return to your center, develop a deeper understanding of your Self and create regenerating time for yourself, where you don’t need to function but simply be

- in uniqueness, wholeness, presence.

our body knows.

session outline

  • the entrance hall: first breaths. arrival. opening.

each session begins with a moment to arrive, to settle into the space and a round of introduction.

somatic healing is deeply rooted in the nervous system, so we will briefly explore how the nervous system functions, how everyday stress impacts our physical, emotional, and mental states, and how we can nurture it back to a place of balance and regulation.

from there, we’ll embark on a gentle, guided somatic journey into your body — a space of quiet exploration and presence. how does your body feel in this moment? what sensations are calling your attention? can you simply be with what is present, offering space to witness and receive?

you will be led to the areas where your body is asking for care, honoring the messages and cues it holds.

this part of the session is profound and not to be underestimated, as we often forget how deeply our bodies long for our undivided attention. it’s not uncommon for this grounding practice to feel like a remembrance—a reconnection with the wisdom that’s always been here.

  • windows and rooms: points of perspective and insight. spaces of discovery and transformation

once you feel grounded and connected, we immerse ourselves in a somatic embodiment ritual to deeply integrate the theme of the session. this allows for a deeper exploration of body awareness and connection to self, exploring areas of tension or curiosity that have emerged. the embodiment practice is supported by gentle movement, sound and guided breath.

    this practice may include

    • embodying an emotion or feeling

    • embodying a limiting belief, a protective character or an area of your life where you feel stuck

    • sounding & toning from different parts of the body

    • intuitive movement

    • pelvic bowl & womb ritual

    • emotional release

  • the attic: ancient wisdom, flow of energy, pathway of awareness

as the session draws to a close, there will be space for journaling and integration. while sharing is always optional, we often gather in a sharing circle to explore the experience and what we’re carrying forward from the session, before we gently close the space, grounding the energy we’ve cultivated together.

spread across these three parts, each session is a unique blend of personal reflection, learning, deep body awareness, self-discovery, and somatic healing. you’ll leave feeling relaxed, inspired, and more connected—not only to yourself but perhaps to others as well.

this outline offers you a glimpse of what to expect, though every session is uniquely yours. words can only hint at the power of somatic experiencing—it's about being, feeling, and connecting in ways that go beyond the intellect. so, take the leap and come sit with me.

i can’t wait to meet you.
